We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alebrije. If you are dissatisfied in any way, you may return your carving within 15 days for a full exchange, refund, or store credit. However, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and the customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. The Alebrije must be returned to us in new, unaltered and unused condition Alebrijes that are lost in the mail or arrive with any signs of wear or damage will not receive a refund or exchange... Sorry! To ensure that we receive the item you are returning in the best condition, please notify us of your return, pack it as carefully as you received it, and ship it back with a tracking method (such as USPS Priority Mail). Your exchange, refund, or store credit will be processed after the item is received in resalable condition.

Alebrijes are carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery. But in the rare event that an Alebrije arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and we will give you a refund. All shipping costs involved will be covered by Alebrijes.co.
